Keffenie Quezada serves as the Senior Director of International Operations at Operation Blessing, where she provides strategic oversight for global programs and international staff across country offices. Since joining Operation Blessing in 2009, Keffenie has led initiatives to combat human trafficking and support vulnerable children, later transitioning into a broader leadership role in 2018 as director of the organization’s international development efforts.

A Nebraska native and farm girl at heart, Keffenie holds a degree in International Community Development from Oral Roberts University. She began her career serving in gang-ridden neighborhoods in the urban cities of Brooklyn, Houston, Los Angeles, and San Jose, CA, where she led outreaches to youth, as well as for individuals experiencing homelessness. She also traveled extensively internationally to study and learn Spanish, and to support global ministries through volunteer work.

With over two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, Keffenie has served in various roles and nonprofits. Her background includes managing the USDA’s Child and Adult Care Food Program in Virginia and Maryland, serving as an Analyst for the Los Angeles County Development Authority where she contributed to program reform and policy development, overseeing inner-city youth programs at CityTeam Ministries, and hosting inner city mission trips through City Service Mission.

Outside of her professional role, she enjoys singing worship at her local church, cooking and baking healthy meals, exploring new cultures and languages through travel, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
