OUR HISTORY
It was an ordinary day in 1978 when Pat Robertson announced on live TV, “I’ve got a surprise!” Little did anyone know that this moment would mark the beginning of an extraordinary journey—one that would transform countless lives across the globe. For over four decades since, compassionate friends like you have reached out to hurting people in more than 120 countries and territories, bringing hope to millions through hunger relief, medical care, clean water, children’s programs, and disaster relief. Together, we’ve rushed to the scene of countless crises—famines, wars, and natural disasters, to name a few—and fought to turn the tide of systemic poverty.

WE BELIEVE

The Holy Spirit indwells those who have received Christ for the purpose of enabling them to live righteous and godly lives.
Man was created in the image of God, but as a result of sin is lost and powerless to save himself.
The only hope for man is to believe on Jesus Christ, the virgin-born Son of God, Who died to take upon Himself the punishment for the sin of mankind, and Who rose from the dead so that by receiving Him as Savior and Lord, man is redeemed by His blood.
